Neal whispered despite the fact that Henry will wake up whether someone was speaking or not. He kissed the top of Emma's head while gathering Henry in his arms. As always Neal was overly gentle with the boy, holding him as if he was made of glass.
It didn't take long to put him to bed and return to the kitchen. When he did return he just stood at the door way, watching Emma with a smile.
