She gets down off the table and quickly gets dressed again. Then she grabs her keys and heads out the door to go to the nearest store, the one they run to for quick trips. Only this time it's not for baby supplies. It's for something to keep them from having another baby.
It only takes fifteen minutes though, and then she's coming back into the bedroom to find Neal.
